Usage of Frontity for full stack website transfer

Hi,

I am new to frontity so I have a question before I invest time into using the service.

Currently, I have a website made with React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. From what I’ve gathered Frontity works great with loading React but will it also transfer my corresponding backend?

Also since I already have the website made, I won’t be needing any themes, in the setup process one of the steps is to declare a theme, can this be avoided?

Frontity is specifically designed as a framework to work with Wordpress/API as the backend

I don’t think your current node backend is any use here

As for theme, just install the most basic thing you can find as nobody will be looking at it directly

Or do you mean a Frontity theme rather than a WP theme?
