This year, the JavaScript for WordPress team is increasing their efforts to make the JavaScript for WordPress conference as diverse and inclusive as possible. They are seeking more people of color, LGBTQ+, people who entered tech later in their careers, neurodivergent people, those with different physical abilities, and folks who come from underrepresented parts of the world.
To encourage new speakers to come forward, they are holding a free workshop where you can get inspiration, motivation, and direction on planning and submitting a talk to the 2020 conference.
The workshop will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020. Registration is still open.
