Duplicated import issue, package.json in package && app root folder

Hi everybody,

My question will be quite simple as I came to the end that I import three.js twice.
There are to package.json : the one at the application root, and the one in the “theme package”.
Which one should I use to import three.js and a bunch of other dependencies ?
